“The Project Approach"
Our core methodology |
We believe that preschool children learn
most effectively not through the topics of
each class but through the things that are
interesting to them.
The Project Approach is a revolutionary educational
method created from this perspective. Instead
of covering knowledge in a teacher directed
format, teachers explore the surrounding
world together with the children. Children
choose a theme that is interesting to them,
and come to deeply understand the nature
and association of surrounding things, through
a project that lasts for several weeks to
several months. Throughout this time of opportunity
and exploration, they are able to express
their interest and come to an understanding
in their own way.
Through this approach
children are able to turn small questions and wonders into great creativity. |
